I did about 5 times when i was 11 and loved it as much as the first one.

I had the merchandise like t-shirts, comic adaptation, novel, coloring books, poster, CD soundtrack which i still own, toys, Mcdonalds cups, backpack, school supplies and all that. I ate the cereal, got the movie on VHS with NES and SNES games for christmas that year and watched/taped the animated show religiously.

First Batman movie I saw in the cinema! It was awesome at the time.

Looking back, I still like the movie, but I prefer the 89 Batman out of the Butron Batman movies.

The relationship between Batman and Catwoman and their storyline really holds up. Devitos Performance is also amazing but I'm not a fan of that interruption of the penguin.

Here's a fact, did you know when Batman TAS was in production in december 1990 and early 1991, Batman Returns was going to film as the studio showed Bruce Timm stills of Pfeifer and Danny Devito's Penguin as they forced Timm and company to make them look like the movie counterparts but didn't want to so they did but in the 4th and 5th seasons on WB they went back to the original designs.

Would have been interesting to see the Penguin in Nolan's Batman universe, I imagine he would have fitted in well as one of the mob bosses competing with the likes of Carmine Falcone!

Actually i think in Nolan's universe the Penguin would have been a rich corrupt tycoon. A fat cat if you will.

I might have as a kid, but my memory is fuzzy sometimes. All I remember was that once it came out on VHS, me and my two younger siblings would watch it regularly and play out our favorite scenes from it after. I have very fond memories of the film and like to watch it when Christmas comes around each year, sorta like a tradition in my home.
