Parallel between blue flower from Batman Begins and Selina's blue dress

I saw someone say this online and I thought it was interesting:

The blue dress is drawing a parallel with the blue flower in Begins. The blue flower was the marker of a new beginning and first step of becoming Batman. Now Selina with her blue dress also indicates a new beginning but this time one without Batman.

Lindy Hemming did say that the blue dress did show happiness which is different than the usual dark colors Selina wears.
